Information we collect

• Account & profile: name/username, email, password (hashed), age confirmation, customer support messages.
• Gameplay: game activity, virtual currency balances, rewards, interactions, fraud/abuse signals.
• Device & analytics: IP address, device IDs, browser/OS, language, log data, cookie identifiers, approximate location from IP.
• Payments (if you purchase): transaction details and billing info handled by payment processors; we receive limited payment status/receipt data (not full card numbers).

Children

Playnzio is intended only for adults and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to request deletion.

Your privacy rights (NZ)

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) you have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to that information, and request correction of information you believe is inaccurate. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential processing and object to direct marketing at any time.

Categories collected: identifiers (e.g., email, IP), commercial information (purchase/transaction records), internet/network activity (usage and cookie IDs), approximate location derived from IP, and inferences (fraud/interest signals). Purposes: operate the service, prevent fraud and protect security, provide customer support, analytics, and advertising measurement. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. You may request access to and correction of your personal information, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

How to exercise rights / contact

Email contact@playnzio.com with your request (for example “Access request” or “Correction request”). We may verify your identity before responding. You may also authorise a representative to act on your behalf, and complaints may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
